We can use the pre-contracted agreement that you received at the beginning of the building process to make sure the work has been done correctly and with excellence. It is suggested that this service be performed prior to closing to ensure there are no surprises after closing.
This way, if anything needs to be corrected it can be done in a timely fashion. Our inspectors will be glad to perform this inspection even if you are not able to be there.
