Bill and John have over 25 years combined experience in the building and construction industry. Constructing everything from a simple rehab to building homes from the ground up, in addition to, overseeing construction in all phases from foundation to roofing.

They have passed all the following necessary state requirements to become a part of the worlds Elite Inspectors:

• Are member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors
• Passed NACHI’s Online Inspector Examination
• Completed NACHI’s Code of Ethics Course
• Taken NACHI’s Standards of Practice Quiz
• Abide by NACHI’s Code of Ethics
• Follow NACHI’s Standard of Practice
• Fulfill 18 hours of continuing education every year
• Generate easy-to-read inspection reports
• Certified, Licensed and Insured
